Dry Firing

Postby Alvin V. on Thu Feb 09, 2006 7:11 pm

What would be your advice about dry firing a GLOCK pistol?
I'm worried something might break from within, like the fring pin system and etc., from excessive dry firing.

Thank's!

Nothing will break in your Glock in a normal amount of dry firing. Meaning after you dry fire it about 10 million times, and put about 100,000 rounds through it, you might break something.

So as a practical purpose, you shouldn't worry about it for a long time.

Just make sure you have no ammo, of course.
